When we first laid eyes on this stunning editorial by Nicole Romanoff Photography and Lisa Hallam Make Up Artistry, we were absolutely captivated. We adore the bold eye make up, wild twirling waves and delicate pearls.
Photographer, Nicole found inspiration while flipping through Papercut Magazine. "It was an image of a girl in a laundromat wearing a long gown with big hair and really dark makeup. As with the nature of most photo shoots, we were in a time crunch and just had time for studio shots. From there it became it's own thing and I couldn't be happier with the result." Make up artist, Lisa Hallam adds, "I never use black all over the eye for anything so I was trying something new . Wasn't really sure where it would go. But the best plan sometimes is not having one." We think this collaboration is one for the books - it encompasses beauty, fashion and edge.
